MISSION STATEMENT

Anvil Forge Development, LLC is a for-profit housing development company dedicated to forging durable, mission-ready residential communities that directly serve the people who protect and rebuild America in its moments of greatest need.

We design, build, and operate high-quality rental housing — including rapid-response workforce compounds, transitional bridge units, and multiunit properties — purposefully engineered to meet the operational and personal housing requirements of:

• FEMA disaster response personnel and the families displaced by federally declared disasters
• U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents
• Veterans and Veteran families utilizing HUD-VASH, SSVF, GPD bridge housing, and other VA-supported pathways to permanent stability

By intentionally aligning our portfolio with federal voucher programs (HUD-VASH, Section 8, SSVF shallow subsidies), VA Grant and Per Diem bridge and transitional models, and FEMA/ICE workforce housing contracts, we deliver guaranteed-rent payments, reduced vacancy risk, and long-term, low-maintenance tenancy for our investors while providing immediate, dignified housing for those who have served or are actively serving the nation.
